Verified recharge agents
These are the only people we authorise to top up balances. Anyone else offering to top you up — however official they look — is not us.
Before you transfer anything
- No verified agent ever asks for your password or a verification code. Ever.
- Never transfer to an account that does not appear on this page or on the in-app top-up screen.
- Moderators never message you first to offer top-ups or prizes.
- Keep the transfer receipt until the balance arrives.
The agent list has not been published yet. Until then, top up only from inside the app: Profile → Recharge.
Someone impersonating an agent?
Tell us right away through the report form on the support page, and include the account name and a screenshot of the chat.
