Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. You must be 18 or older.
Conduct
Prohibited: harassment, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, unlawful content, and any fraudulent activity. Moderators may mute, remove, or ban any account in breach without prior notice.
Virtual currency
Gold and diamonds are virtual currencies for use inside the app only (gifts and casual games). They are not real money and are not refundable except where the law requires it. Top-ups happen only through verified agents and the payment channels announced inside the app — anything outside those is at your own risk.
Casual games
The in-app games are games of chance played for entertainment with virtual currency only. They are not real-money gambling. Outcomes are resolved on the server to prevent tampering.
Content and ownership
Content you create stays yours, and you grant us a licence to display it inside the service. Janti Chat retains the rights to its brand, design, and software.
Ending the service
We may suspend or end the service, or any account, on breach of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the privacy settings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page.
