By using Janti Chat you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. You must be 18 or older.
Conduct
Prohibited: harassment, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, unlawful content, and any fraudulent activity. Moderators may mute, remove, or ban any account in breach without prior notice.
The two in-app currencies
- Gold is bought and spent on gifts, games and the store. It is never redeemed for money and cannot be converted into it by any route.
- Diamonds are earnings, not something you buy: they are credited only when another user sends you a gift, and they can neither be staked nor won in a game.
Top-ups happen only through the channels announced inside the app — anything outside those is at your own risk.
Host earnings payouts
Anyone holding diamonds may request a payout of their earnings. Each request is reviewed by hand and settled outside the app. These earnings come from gifts alone — they are payment for a host's activity, not the result of play.
Casual games
Games are played with gold only, and what you win is gold you spend inside the app. Diamonds can neither be staked nor won, and no game winnings are ever paid out in money — this is entertainment, not gambling. Outcomes are resolved on the server to prevent tampering.
Content and ownership
Content you create stays yours, and you grant us a licence to display it inside the service. Janti Chat retains the rights to its brand, design, and software.
Ending the service
We may suspend or end the service, or any account, on breach of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the privacy settings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page.
