Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account permanently at any time, in the app or by email. Data is removed from our systems within 30 days of the request being confirmed.
From inside the app
- 1Open the app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile.
- 3Open Privacy & Security.
- 4Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, send a request from the email registered on the account, including your account ID and display name. We confirm the deletion once we have verified you own the account.

- Account data: name, email, picture, country, and date of birth.
- Private messages, friends, and block lists.
- Your gold and diamond balance and the transaction history tied to your account.
- Your push token and any stored device identifier.
What may remain
- Aggregated financial records kept by accounting systems, not linked to your name.
- Documented reports and violations, to stop a banned account being recreated.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining gold or diamonds are forfeited with the account and are not compensated.
